True-Doctor is an informational tool that helps you check the status of health providers and products. A result is a snapshot, not a substitute for official confirmation. Before relying on any result, confirm the status directly with the responsible regulator.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service honestly and lawfully. You must not:

• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download records
• Run automated enumeration or guessing of codes
• Misuse results to harass, defraud or mislead anyone
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service

Reporting inaccuracies

If you spot a record that looks wrong or out of date, please let us know so it can be reviewed and, where needed, referred to the regulator.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. While we work to keep records accurate, we do not guarantee that every result is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
