A public registry you can trust

True-Doctor lets any patient, employer, pharmacy or regulator confirm in seconds that a health provider or product is genuine and currently in good standing.

The problem

Fake practitioners, unlicensed clinics and counterfeit medicines put lives at risk. Certificates can be forged, and licences can quietly lapse or be suspended. Until now there has been no fast, public way for ordinary people to check.

What True-Doctor does

Every registered person, facility, pharmacy, medicine, student and institution is given a unique verification code and QR. Scan the code or type it on the home screen, and you instantly see a result card with the current status — backed by Uganda's official regulators.

What you can verify

Doctors & nurses

Confirm a practitioner is licensed and active.

Clinics & hospitals

Check that a facility is registered to operate.

Pharmacies & drug shops

See if an outlet is approved to dispense medicine.

Medicines

Verify a product is registered and not counterfeit.

Students

Confirm a health trainee is enrolled at a real programme.

Institutions

Check that a training body is recognised.

The five statuses

Every result carries one clear status so you know exactly where things stand:

Verified   Genuine and in good standing — registered with an active licence.

Pending   Submitted but not yet confirmed. Treat with caution.

Suspended   Temporarily barred from practising or operating.

Revoked   Registration withdrawn. Should not be trusted.

Expired   Licence lapsed and awaiting renewal.
